Advantages
Lacquer has high luster, abrasion resistance, high decorative qualities of the coating, also it forms a water resistant and household chemistry coating, optimally combines hardness and elasticity, when applied to wood it emphasizes its natural structure.
Surface preparation
Before lacquer applying, the surface should be beforehand dried, degreased, sanded with sanding paper, cleaned up from dust and detergents. The exterior surfaces are grounded with a mixture of lacquer and white spirit in the ratio of 1: 5.
Application methods
Before applying, the lacquer should be mixed, if necessary, dilute it with white spirit. The lacquer is applied with a paint-spray gun, roller, brush and by curtain coating. The layer should be thin and smooth, without flowing. Due to the condition of the surface, the lacquer consumption for a single-layered coating is: for wood - 85 - 105 g / m², for stones - 85 - 150 g / m², for decorative bricks - 150 - 200 g / m². The drying time of a single-layered coating at a temperature (20 ± 2) ˚С is up to 4 hours. When lacquer is applied in several layers, the drying interval between the layers is from 4 hours and more at a temperature (20 ± 2) ˚С. After 24 hours the coating can be tested with light loads. The final hardness of the coating is achieved after 3 days.
Storage
Store lacquer in sealed containers in a dry place at a temperature under 30ºC. Keep from the effects of heat, direct sunlight and humidity.
Guarantee storage life
